On a project that you want to order or that you have created yourself, we discuss the project and plan details, analyze the area where the product will be positioned, and present a price study to you.
Pricing of wooden structures is determined according to the product (material) to be used, project details, area to be worked on and address. After completing the project approval process, your order is given to production with the down payment you will make. When the product is delivered to the area to be positioned, an interim payment is made and we request the final payment at the delivery stage. Problems that will occur under warranty in the products you purchase will be resolved by us. Baneva will guide you in your warranty-related problems.

For situations that will delay the delivery process due to the customer or intermediary company, please contact us as soon as possible, otherwise, if there is a damage caused by the delivery delay, you will be invoiced.

The changes you will make during the production phase (such as color, project, size change, additional area) will also change the price and delivery date. For this reason, please review the project in detail before approving it. As long as the changes you request do not significantly affect production, we will make them.

The fact that the area where the installation will be made is not ready, weather conditions, if any, these and similar disruptions caused by the intermediary company will affect the delivery process, and the factors affecting the process will be determined, the damage caused by the manufacturer, customer or intermediary company will be determined, the contract will be renewed and the party causing the disruption will pay the damage.
